Georgian Handmade Chocolate to Enter Exports Markets

Ambience store opened in 2007 to trade in various interior accessories. Now, the company has decided to diversify its business and a year ago the company launched the production of handmade chocolate products.

The new product is made of Belgian raw materials and unites diverse tastes and ingredients, including black chocolate, hazelnuts, blackberry, pistachio and so on. As noted by the Ambience founder Maia Jimsheleishvili, she has graduated from the corresponding courses and started creating chocolate products with the assistance of chef David Turashvili.

Currently, Ambience brand chocolates are sold only in Georgia, but the company plans to export Georgian chocolates to foreign markets too, Maia Jimsheleishvili noted. “I do this business with much love. This is not only business for me, each echolocate bar is a sample of art with diverse colours and tastes. I only use natural paints and pigments, the Ambience founder noted.
