Georgian Capital to buy Alaverdi for 2 Million GEL

Investment holding "Georgian Capital" became 100% sharer of the company of alcohol drinks, "Alaverdi".

According to the Agreement, in 1 year, wine-producing should increase from 9,4 Million Bottles to 28,4.

According to GBC, the price of negotiation is 1,8 Million, from which the company will receive $200 000 in case if the yield of 2019 will be more than 1500 tonne.

Alaverdi is not the first company, which was bought by the Georgian Capital. Several months ago, Teliani Veli, which is part of this investment company, has bought the brand Kindzmarauli Marani.
