Georgia Joins Zara's Online Shopping Platform

Georgia joined Zara's international website, which was functioning in leading European countries until yesterday. 

Rezo Magalashvili, the director of Retail Group Georgia mentioned, that years ago, Georgia was not an important market for large companies, but they are interested in it now.

"Since we are the official franchise of ZARA in Georgia, we provide website support. This is part of Zara's international strategy. Georgia is the first country to join Zara's online shopping platform in the region of the Caucasus, which makes us very happy.", mentioned Rezo Magalashvili with BusinessPartner.

The decision is not related to the pandemic, because the negotiations were already underway before the coronavirus outbreak, but this helps to stimulate online selling and enables Georgian customer to buy the production of Zara online.
