Gemuani's Production to Sell on Amazon
The dried fruit producer Gemuani located in Samegrelo will sell its products through Amazon in about three months.
According to the founder of the company, Nona Tordia, currently, technical issues are being addressed, which involves agreeing on the matters of package design.
The production, including tea and fruit chips, will be sold in special packages.
At this moment, Gemuani's production is exported to Russia and the Czech Republic.
Gemuani also carried out a rebranding during the year, within the framework of which the company's logo and product packaging were completely changed.
"If before the company sold products only in glass jars, now it will be replaced by specialized packages. We are bringing packaging materials from China and negotiations are underway with Turkey as well.", noted the founder of the company.
Gemuani became a supplier of the Swiss transnational company Nestle in June 2020.
Therefore, Gemuani supplies Nestle's Russian branch with ingredients. She says, that the Georgian company sends about 1.5 tons of products to Nestle on average once every two months.
Gemuani was founded in 2011. As a fruit processing enterprise, it has been functioning since 2017.
