Gemovani Starts Producing Bread with Wine Yeast

The bread production company "Gemovani", which manufactures bread under "Mzetamze" brand plans to use wine yeast. 

According to the founder of the company, Irakli Chavleishvili, instead of mother yeast, "Gemovani" will use wine yeast, which is characterized by less acidity in bread and has healing properties. Currently, the company "Gemovani" produces 5 types of bread.

"Bread made with wine yeast preserves pantothenic acid. In addition, in case of daily intake, the body will get a significant amount of other microelements, antioxidants, which are very beneficial for the health."
