It has been a month since family hotel - Skijis Sakhli was reopened in Guria.
"Domestic tourism is active and we have reservations. Interest in both gastronomic tourism and resting is high. Pandemic did not have a significant impact on the hotel business and did not affect the prices either. The difference is, that foreigners are replaced by local guests.", defined Darejan Berdzenishvili, the founder of "Skiji House".
One of the successful projects of Skijis Sakhli is producing the dried fruit, which was first implemented with the support of Enterprise Georgia. The founder of the hotel plans many interesting projects in the future.
"We plan to produce dried fruit and develop hotel business. We decided to add a few more cottages in the yard. We also want to make a demonstration farm, which means establishing dried fruits as a tourist product.", declares Darejan Berdzenishvili.
Skiji House is located in Guria, in the municipality of Chokhatauri, which has been operating since 2014.
