Felamushito – the bar of desserts will open in Tbilisi at David Aghmashenebeli Avenue N49/2, where customers are able to taste modernized variants of the traditional delectable. Felamushito is the final product of the Georgian culinary experiment and its concept represents a savory combination of Georgian and modern tastes.
Pelamushi is the main dessert of Pelamuhisto Bar. The dessert combines old and new aromas. For maintaining the initial condition of its consistency, a special device was created for Felamushito visitors. A team of physicians and technologists was involved in creating the device and this team has discovered an innovative solution, despite a lot of difficulties.
Besides Pelamushi, Felamushito visitors are able to taste many other desserts uniting Georgian traditional and modern tastes.
