Eric Trump: Trump Tower Tbilisi Will Bring the Company’s Globally Recognized Highest Standards to Georgia
Eric Trump has stated that the The Trump Organization will introduce its globally recognized highest standards to Georgia through the development of Trump Tower Tbilisi.
According to an official statement released by the Trump Organization, the new project—designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Gensler—will rise to approximately 70 stories, making it the tallest building in Georgia.
The statement notes that several Georgian companies will be involved in the project, including Archi Group, Biograpi Living, and Blox Group.
“With panoramic views over Central Park and a prestigious location, Trump Tower Tbilisi will serve as the centerpiece of a multifunctional complex combining luxury residences, premium retail spaces, world-class restaurants, and distinctive lifestyle services,” the statement reads.
Speaking about the project, Eric Trump—Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization and son of U.S. President Donald Trump—said that the development in Tbilisi will establish the company’s “globally recognized highest standards” in Georgia. He also expressed his satisfaction in partnering with respected and professional developers.
Representatives of the Georgian real estate companies also commented on the project.
According to the statement, Archi Group—one of the leading partners—is a dominant player in Georgia’s residential real estate market, with more than 55 completed projects and tens of thousands of delivered apartments. The company’s co-founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ilia Tsulaia, said that the Trump Tower Tbilisi project will reshape the city’s skyline and further strengthen Georgia’s global positioning.
Biograpi Living is one of the fastest-growing development companies in Georgia. Its CEO, Vasil Phkhakadze, emphasized that the company goes beyond building projects.
“We are shaping the future of urban living in Georgia. With projects like Trump Tower Tbilisi, we are introducing a new scale, quality, and global significance to the city,” he stated.
Blox Group co-founder Lasha Kvachadze represents a diversified holding with strong positions across the Caucasus region. He noted that Trump Tower Tbilisi reflects international confidence and marks an important milestone in Georgia’s economic development.
Additionally, Finvest Georgia co-founder Lasha Meladze stated that “Trump Tower Tbilisi represents an important step in placing Georgia on the global investment map.”
The project also marks the first international commercial development of The Sapir Organization. Under the leadership of its President and CEO, Alex Sapir, the firm has managed assets worth more than $7 billion.
“Returning to Georgia for the first time since I was five years old was an emotional experience. I am proud that we are building our second tower in the country where my parents were born and raised,” said Alex Sapir.
The statement also notes that additional details regarding the project’s architecture, design, and sales will be announced in the coming months.
