However, the attention, of course, was drawn shortly when the customer was forced to pay a transportation fee of 200 GEL for $30 sneakers. With the same success, since the company stopped calculating the cost of shipping weight from actual weight and began to calculate it by volumetric weight, a 100-gram usb cable placed in a large package is subject to a shipping fee (ie, direct income of the company) based on the volumetric weight of this large package.

Either way, the fact is one thing - it will be very difficult for USA2GEORGIA to restore the damaged reputation and return the lost customer, and its case will be a long time to point the finger at how a brand built over years can be destroyed practically in one day.
