Copeshoni Starts Producing Dried Vegetables During Pandemic
Georgian company Copeshoni producing candied vegetables started manufacturing dried vegetables during the pandemic.
As the founder of Copeshoni, Ekaterine Parulava mentioned,
"Most people do not eat vegetables in any way. Our products allow us to satisfy the body's need for useful substances in vegetables while enjoying delicious snacks and different tastes. At the initial stage, I tested white radish, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli. As a result, I got a delicious, crispy and useful product, without any additives.", noted the founder of Copeshoni, Ekaterine Farulava.
Copeshoni processes 100% natural products, without any stabilizers, emulsifiers, dyes, or preservatives. Infrared heat drying allows the finished product to be stored safely for 12-18 months.
Copeshoni entered the local market in 2019 and was founded in Zugdidi. It has been already two years since its production is sold successfully, via online platform soplidan.ge and other farmer's markets.
