Collaboration of 2 Georgian Brands - Anagi with Ambassador to Build Villas

"On the territory of Ambassadori Kachreti, Anagi Development starts building new project "Villa Ambassador".

The project presents collaboration of two Georgian brands - Ambassadori Kachreti and Anagi Development. The management of the project is maintained by Kachreti Development.

Villa Ambassador is a new direction of hotel complex "Ambassadori Kachreti" and unites 45 exclusive designs of villas. According to the information, villas will be situated on 50 hectares of green area.

As the developer company noted, the price of Villa Ambassador starts from 200,000$ and changes with the types of villas. The investment price of the project is 7-8 million GEL.

The complex consists of 5 types of 1 and 2-floor exclusive villas. Villa Ambassador unites houses of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, which are located in the districts of Mukuzani, Rkatsiteli, and Saperavi.

The project will be finished in December of 2020.
