Chelti to Open Pop-up Stores in 10 European Countries
Chelti Winery plans to open temporary stores in 10 European countries. According to the company's commercial director, Ana Mirianashvili, the first Pop-up store will appear in Germany.
"Chelti already has its brand store in Berlin. However, we plan to open a pop-up store in Germany in spring. It will be functioning for three months and will promote Georgian wine and our company."
During the year, Chelti produces half a million bottles of wine, which in the local market range from 20 to 300 GEL. Only 10% of production is sold in the Georgian market, the rest 90% is exported to 20 countries.
The company's largest export markets are China, Japan, and America.
Chelti Winery was founded back in 2001. Its vineyards are cultivated in the village Shilda, in Kvareli on 80 hectares, which also includes a tourist complex and underground wine cellar.
