Block Group and Orbi Group to Build $100 Million Multifunctional Center on kazbegi Avenue

Investment company "Block Group" together with "Orbi Group" will implement a large-scale project.

It will be a multifunctional center that will be completed in the next three years. Tornike Janashvili, the managing partner of the "Block Group" stated about it in "Business Morning".

"The complex will cover 120,000 square meters, which will house an international-class hotel, it could be the Radisson, but we are still in the process of negotiations, there will also be a shopping center, apartments, office space," Janashvili said.

The multifunctional center will be located on Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi and about 100 million dollars will be invested in it.

According to the "Block Group", the investment company in the field of hospitality will employ up to 2,000 people in the next 3 to 4 years.
