"Bazaar on Orbeliani" is an integration of a modern type of agrarian market and food hall. It combines 35 restaurants of different directions, both Georgian, regional and world-leading cuisines.

It is planned to create up to 200 outlets and up to 35 food concepts. The facility will help farmers to raise their awareness and branding.", noted the head of marketing, Tamar Mesarkishvili.

Within the framework of the project, up to 1000 people will be employed.

As for the additional services, Bazari Gastro School will enable Georgian and foreign chefs to present their dishes. Tourists will be able to participate in the preparation of Georgian dishes and attend masterclasses. "Bazaar on Orbeliani" will have a laboratory on-site, which will check the safety of food on a daily basis.
