Baskin-Robbins Plans to Sell up to 150 Tons of Ice Cream by the End of 2022

Baskin-Robbins plans to open additional 8 venues and sell up to 150 tons of ice cream till the end of the year.

According to the co-founder of the company, Levan Gogava, the lifting of covid-related restrictions and the increase in the amount of Russian and Ukrainian visitors to the country had increased the demand for ice cream.

"Ice cream season in Georgia is starting now, but the demand is already significantly high. After the tourists, we put the resource for popularizing our ice cream in teenagers, because they know less about "Baskin-Robbins", unlike the older generation, who remembers it more.

We are planning to open new branches. 8 venues under our brand will be able to receive guests this year, of which 2 will be in Tbilisi and 6 outside the city. A total of 1 million 500 thousand GEL will be invested in the new Baskin-Robbins facilities.

It is worth mentioning that with the addition of facilities, sales increased by about 150% during the summer season last year.", noted Levan Gogava.

The company currently is presented in Georgia with 10 branches and employs up to 50 people.
