AYFB Starts Examining High Voltage Power Transmission Infrastructure Projects

Association of Young Financiers and Businessmen starts to study current and planned projects around the high voltage transmission infrastructure due to the high public interest.

As it is announced by AYFB, the development of transmission networks in the context of energy security and independence has vital importance. Therefore, the organization considered it necessary to study the high voltage transmission infrastructure projects in detail. 

Within the frameworks of this, AYFB applied to Georgian State Electrosystem and requested the following information:

• List of current and planned projects by the Georgian State Electrosystem, indicating when did the project start and when it should be completed;
• Investment amount and technical indicators of each project;
• Which donor organizations are implementing ongoing and planned projects.
