Alliance Palace to Open in 2021 in Batumi

Alliance Palace will open before the start of the 2021 summer season. The complex will locate the international hotel brand Courtyard by Marriott on the 1st-5th floors and the rest of the floors will include premium-class apartments.

As Temo Bitsadze, the head of business development mentioned with BusinessPartner, one of the companies of Israel will open a casino in the hotel.

According to him, construction works of the complex are already finished, perhaps, they made the decision to open the complex (which includes a hotel, restaurant, casino, and spa) next year, before opening the summer season. As for the matters of apartments, they have already been opened since summer.

The multifunctional complex will be managed by Sophos Hotels SA.

The total price of the investment is $45 million.
