Adjarian Government Spends Additional 7.8 Million GEL for Quarantine Zones

The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Adjarian Government will spend an additional 7,8 million GEL for arranging quarantine zones in hotels.

Purchasing hotel services will be procured in a simplified way.

"Object for procurement is to arrange quarantine zones, which includes hotel service, in particular, accomodating citizens in hotels, providing them with food and, if necessary, disinfecting hotel."

A National Tourism Administration and Department of Tourism in Adjara already spent several tens of millions of GEL on the purchase of quarantine hotel services.

It is also worth mentioning, that several weeks ago, the Georgian government decided to reduce the duration of the mandatory quarantine by 2 days to 12 days.
