Tamar Ugulava will soon purchase 15,000 square meters of the territory on Ninoshvili which was owned by Center Point. The price of the site is 20 million GEL.
According to the source of Commersant, soon Adjara Group will turn the abandoned area into a recreational entertainment zone.
As Ilia Eloshvili declared on this matter several months ago, in case of alienation in the mentioned territory, the arrangement of recreational area is envisaged by the agreement.
