112 and Georgian Railway Signed a Memorandum
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Urgent Assistance Operations Center "112" and "Georgian Railway".
According to the document, the Parties shall share experience and action tactics in the following situations: general rules of communication with the customer, communication, difficult situations management standards, rules of response and monitoring of incoming claims and etc. Trainings will be organized for professional retraining and joint activities.
Provision of information service to passengers in "Georgian Railway" provides call center - 13 31. According to the Memorandum, staff will be trained by Training Center of "112". After completion of their studies, they will be awarded with relevant certificates. On the other hand, "Georgian Railway" will facilitate the increase of awareness number of emergency number - 112 through various means of communication.
