Two Independent Members Join the Supervisory Board of ProCredit Bank

Today, ProCredit Bank Georgia has presented two new independent Supervisory Board members at its Head Office.

Nino Dadunashvili and Teona Makalatia have joined the Supervisory Board, which is chaired by Marcel Sebastian Zeitinger, alongside the other members: Rainer Peter Ottenstein, Gian Marco Felice and Sandrine Massiani. It is important to note that with these appointments, the number of women on the Bank’s Supervisory Board has now risen to 50%, resulting in a more equitable gender balance.

"During its many years of operation in the banking sector, ProCredit group has gone through various stages of development. ProCredit conducts a responsible business model in all countries, which implies compliance with social, ethical and environmental standards. We hope that the new Georgian members of the Supervisory Board will make a significant contribution to the Bank's long-term development plans,” said Mr Zeitinger.
