TBC Starts Innovative Project “Startup Leave” for Its Employees
TBC plans to launch an innovative project for its staff – Startup Leave.
The project enables TBC employees to implement their own business ideas. TO this end, TBC will fully pay their 6-month leave and enable them to valuably develop startups.
Moreover, TBC workers will be able to automatically join the Startuper program and enjoy nonfinancial and financial services on special conditions and preferences.
TBC employees will be able to submit their startup projects to a special jury and the jury will select the best projects. Business ideas should be innovative in any field, excluding standard trade. Preference will be given to technological ideas.
“Startup-Leave is a unique and innovative project that has no analogues. The mission of TBC is to develop digital technologies. We want to enable TBC members to develop their ideas and transform them into real business”, TBC Bank director general Vakhtang Butskhrikidze said.
TBC will announce the first 10 winner projects in September 2019.
