Sandro Rtveladze to Lead TBC Bank's Retail Business Direction
From July 6, Sandro Rtveladze will head TBC Bank's retail business direction, assuming the position of Deputy CEO of TBC Bank (subject to National Bank approval).
Sandro Rtveladze joins the team with significant international experience, which will further strengthen TBC's strategic focus on retail business management and contribute to creating a stronger customer experience.
Sandro joins TBC from an executive position at OTP, one of Europe's leading business groups. He currently serves as CEO of OTP Uzbekistan (Ipoteka Bank), which ranks among the top 5 banks in the local market. Sandro has a long and successful career both in Georgia and internationally. In Georgia, he worked at Liberty Bank, where in recent years he held the position of Deputy CEO for retail business. He then continued his career internationally, working at African bank Bayport, where he achieved significant growth in retail lending through the implementation of digital processes. Following his time in Africa, he joined the OTP Group — one of the largest banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe, with total assets of €113.6 billion at the end of 2025.
