Nika Kurdiani is the Nominee of SME Banker of the Year at the SME Banking Awards
Nika Kurdiani, Deputy General Director of TBC, as well as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TBC UZ and Payme, was presented at the SME Banking Awards 2020. In the nomination of "SME Banker of the Year", he is one of the 7 candidates, and only one of them will receive the main prize.
The competition is conducted by the Banking Association Efma and the financial services company Mastercard. It was they who selected the nominees, and the starting point was the various service indicators of the banks (innovations, SME initiatives, business results, etc.) that the candidates represent.
Each nominee was introduced by the organizers, in a series of special podcasts. Naturally, among them was an interview with Nika Kurdiani.
In addition to the "SME Banker of the Year", the winner of another nomination "Best SME Bank of the Year" will be announced at the award. Along with 11 candidates, TBC is nominated in this category. In this case, the main criterion for the selection of nominees was how this or that bank supported small and medium-sized enterprises during the crisis.
You can vote until January 28 to support your nominees.
Votes cast online account for 50% of the final result. The second 50% will be presented by a jury composed of representatives of Efma and Mastercard. The winners will be revealed by combining these two indicators.
The SME Banking Awards Ceremony will be held online on September 16 (14:00 CET) online.
