Liberty Bank Launches 100 Million GEL Program with Its Own Resources in the Direction of Prepaid Pensions

Greetings,

On behalf of Liberty Bank, I would like to remind you that due to the current state of emergency in our country, our team's main challenge is to take care of our customers, our employees, the citizens of Georgia in general and especially the older generation, taking into account all the recommendations.

As we have already stated, Liberty Bank has made a decision, and with its own resources, we are launching a 100 million GEL program to prepay pensions in April. This program is for people in the most risky group who are 70 years of age or older.

We will discuss the details on how pensions will be paid in advance and how our fellow citizens aged 70 and over will benefit from these funds:

Pensions will be transferred to our customers' social cards over 70 and above, and as of tomorrow, our customers will be able to access funds, use and pay only by card - in stores and pharmacies.

Customers will be able to pay utility bills at the Bank's remote service center with one call.

We know that most of our customers prefer cash withdrawals, which is one of the dangers as stated by the Centers for Disease Control. Therefore, with pre-paid pension, users will be able to use instant card payment for free.

As for cashing out, all pensioners will be able to do so in stages, according to our timetable.

To see this chart, we have created a special site myliberty.ge, where it is very easy to see when a user will be able to use their cash.

08 department is also mobilized, that will make automatic calls and send messages regarding the cash use dates and answer their retirees' questions on 208 telephone number and 032 208 from mobile phones. The call is free.

This program is not easy to implement and requires the involvement of the whole community in providing information to these people.

Now is the time to come together and take care of the health of our surroundings, family, neighbors, and relatives. Try to minimize the need to get out of the house of the most risky group of citizens and avoid visiting the bank.

Take care of each other.

Thanks!
