Bank of Georgia Transmits 3.7 million GEL Shares to Kakha Kiknavelidze

According to the statement published at London Stock Exchange (LSE), 68 000 shares of Bank of Georgia was transmitted to Kakha Kiknavelidze, the former director general of Bank of Georgia. Total market value of the shares constituted 1.08 million GBP, that is 3.7 million GEL.

We remind you that Kakha Kiknavelidze was appointed as Bank of Georgia director general in September 2016. Prior to appointment on the mentioned position, starting October 24, 2011, he was a member of BGEO Group supervisory board, including the member of the BGEO Group committee for audit, risks and nomination.

Moreover, starting 2008, Kiknavelidze was member of the supervisory board and the audit committee of Bank of Georgia. He as replaced by Archil Gachechiladze at Bank of Georgia.
