Bank of Georgia to Allocate 1 million GEL for Tourism Sector Development

Bank of Georgia keeps developing tourism sector and plans to allocate 1 million GEL for summer season.

Bank of Georgia considers tourism sector as a priority direction, the bank’s representatives told BM.GE
 
“It is of crucial importance for us to support tourism business in terms of funding and intellectual support. Therefore, the bank will allocate 1 million GEL for this summer, besides 150 million GEL that the bank is investing in the sector as part of 2018 agreements.
 
“Bank of Georgia prioritizes the private sector support, even more so the tourism sector and we believe that tourism sector promotion is a precondition for economic development”, Bank of Georgia director general Archil Gachechildze said.
