International Court of Justice in The Hague to Hear Ukraine's Lawsuit against Russia on March 7-8

Ukraine's lawsuit against Russia will be heard by the International Criminal Court in The Hague on March 7-8.

Ukraine accuses Russia of committing war crimes that cost the lives of civilians, including children. At Kyiv's request, Russia must be held accountable for this crime.

A state of war has been declared in Ukraine. The United States, the UK, the European Union, Japan, Canada, and other countries have imposed tough sanctions on Russia. On February 27, Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia at the UN International Court of Justice.
