Twins Wine Cellar in Napareuli Company plans to manufacture Qvevris in Kakheti Region.

Gela Gamtkitsulashvili is a postgraduate student working on the thesis: Natural Self-purification of Wines in Qvevri. „Based on our research works, our objective is to build a modern Qvevri workshop with modern laboratories, instruments, equipment, tools.

We will produce Qvevri of properly selected clay-minerals, extracted from deposits. Natural drying, burning in a furnace with the full technological regime, management of humidity, and temperature. Wines made in similar Qvevri will be the best products with the best organoleptic properties”, Gia Gamtkitsulashvili noted. Twins Wine Cellar in Napareuli was founded by Brothers Gia and Gela Gamtkitsulashvilis. The brothers started a winemaking business based on the ancestral methodology. The company operates in two fields: winemaking and tourism industry.
