Arrangement of Tourist Infrastructure to Complete Soon Near Bodbe Monastery

In Sighnaghi municipality, the arrangement of tourist infrastructure near the St. Nino Convent in Bodbe will be completed soon.

Within the framework of the project, a two-storey car park, internal and external water supply, sewerage, drainage and heating-ventilation systems were arranged in the vicinity of the monastery, internal and external lighting installation, vertical plans and landscaping works were carried out.

Rehabilitation will be carried out on the road to St. Nino's spring. The project is implemented by the Municipal Development Fund.

The foundation explains that the number of tourists and pilgrims at St. Nino's Convent in Bodbe has increased significantly, which in itself has led to an increase in the number of vehicles. The existing infrastructure near the monastery could no longer meet the increased demand and a traffic jam was created.
