USOFT - Cloud Technology-based Management System for Educational Institutions

Usoft is a platform that enables the digitization of essential services for the education system in one space. Georgian Startup offers educational systems based on cloud technologies to educational institutions.

Usoft recently received a GEL 100,000 grant from the Georgian Agency for Innovation and Technology to develop the idea. As Giorgi Turashvili, a startuper sait at Business Partner, at the first stage, the system will be mainly focused on universities, although offers for other institutions will be considered.

"With the help of a startup, customers have the opportunity to get all the functionality for academic and remote learning in one place. Usoft digitizes the activities of all major departments of the university, be it finance, HR, chancellery or library," - said Giorgi Turashvili.

Recall that GITA announced its sixth co-financing grant program under the National Innovation Ecosystem (GENIE) project on November 17, 2020. Out of 303 applications, 20 winners were named by the Investment Committee, staffed by high-level international venture investor Tim Wagner, Anil Gejuan, Shalva Daushvili.

95 startups have already been funded under the five rounds of the co-financing grant program.
