Tbilisi Restaurants Start to Receive 5,000 GEL Financial Assistance

5,000 GEL financial assistance has already been provided to several Tbilisi restaurants. 

According to the chairman of the restaurant association, Kote Gabrichidze, more than 100 objects have already received it.

"There are no tourists, poverty hits high rates, we can not work in closed spaces on weekends. There are some discussions on lifting this restriction. We want to accelerate the process of vaccination, which will have a direct impact on our activities and incomes.", noted Kote Gabrichidze.

He also mentioned, that if we will compare current industry rates to the rates before the pandemic, it will turn out, that market is reduced by 80-90%.
