Tbilisi City Hall may Bring Subway Drivers from Belarus

According to Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, despite the fact that up to 25 drivers of the metro have been tested positive for Covid-19, the work of the metro will not be hindered, and if necessary, the Tbilisi City Hall will bring the metro drivers from Belarus.

"We have a cooperation agreement with Belarus, specifically with Minsk, according to which, if necessary, we will be able to bring drivers from Belarus. The metro will not stop, it will serve the population of the capital, ”said Kakha Kaladze.

According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, at this stage all the recommendations of the field specialists in the Tbilisi Metro are being fulfilled and the process of testing the drivers for the coronavirus is going on as usual.
