In this respect we have common interests. We have discussed how to expand Georgia’s transit potential and attractiveness of Georgian market for our Kazakh partners”, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Natia Turnava noted after her meeting with Energy Minister of Kazakhstan Kanat Bozumbav.
At the meeting the Parties discussed the opportunity for making Kazakh investments in Georgia. Namely, Kazakhstan expressed readiness to arrange petrochemical plant to supply the final products to the third countries.
“We have achieved agreement to jointly work on this investment and this project may play crucial role in petrochemical industry”, Natia Turnava said.
