Demand for Georgian Chacha Grows in Export Markets
The demand for Georgian Chacha gradually increases on the world market.
Compared to the export of 2020, the international trading of the Georgian beverage had an upward tendency with 145% and reached 1 million bottles. According to the data provided by National Wine Agency, Georgia received $2,6 million in income from Chacha exports.
Overall, the country earned $400 million in 2021 as a result of exports of wine, brandy, and chacha. Clearly, as is observed, the figure is 18% higher than in 2020.
