"This year we have a new project - the profession of installing solar panels. The first lecture of this course will be held on October 17 at the Chiaturi Multifunctional Center. Training is completely free," Natalia Pataridze said, adding that the development of professional courses in the direction of renewable energies is still planned at the center.

Chiatura multifunctional center was established a year and a half ago. Its founder says that so far more than 500 beneficiaries have studied and received retraining in various directions at the center.

"Since the establishment of the center, we have taken the path towards technologies because these are high-paying professions, which should become attractive for the next generation. We also have agricultural programs, which we created together with the "Farmers' Association". Beekeeping, viticulture, breeding of decorative plants, etc. - we actively introduce professions to make agriculture fashionable. In addition to the above, we also have civic education and economic empowerment programs. Together with Kutaisi International University, we have created a technological space for the entrants," said Natalia Pataridze.

The Chiatura multifunctional center was created with the support of the "Georgian Manganese" company, and its goal is to help local youth effective integration into the labor market.
