"The equipping of the new Republican Hospital in Batumi is underway. At the very first stage of the spread of Covid infection, we were able to fully equip the new Republican Hospital with the participation of the state and private sectors.

Today, artificial respiration devices and operating devices have been added to the clinic, which will allow the Republican Hospital to effectively manage the covid virus on the one hand, and to be able to perform the function of a multidisciplinary medical institution in the long run.

The new building of the Republican Hospital has been involved in the management of coronavirus infection since April this year. The new Republican Hospital is designed for 170 beds.
