Aviation Agency: Restrictions on Regular Flights Extended to September 1

Restrictions on international regular flights have been extended to the 1st of September. The Aviation Agency has already passed a corresponding NOTAM.

“NOTAM on extending regulations introduced as part of the coronavirus prevention campaign from July 21 to August 31”, the Civil Aviation Agency reports.

Restrictions will not apply to those three flights that will be performed from August from Tbilisi International Airport to Paris, Munich, and Riga.

Restrictions on international regular flights do not apply to those direct international flights that are performed between Tbilisi International Airport (ICAO code UGTB) and the following airports:

Munich (ICAO code- EDDM);

Paris (ICAO code - LFPG);

Riga (ICAO code - EVRA).

We remind you that, under the tourism sector restart anti-crisis plan, the Government planned to resume flights on July 1 and then on August 1 in stages.

Finally, the regulations were extended to September 1.
