Adjara’s Agro Service Center Set out for Auction at GEL 13.8 Million

Adjara’s Agro Service Center has been put out for auction. The starting price of the 100% stake is GEL 13.8 million.

The auction bid is GEL 100,000. The company owns 7 service centers estimated at GEL 7.6 million, 60 tractors, and 500 implements. The company service centers are located in Samtredia, Gurjaani, Bolnisi, Akhaltsikhe, Ambrolauri, Kaspi and Ozurgeti.

The balance value of 60 tractors is GEL 2,825,966, while the balance value of 500 implements is GEL 3,213,924. The auction will close on October 6.
