Tato Kotetishvili's Film is Presented at Cinemart Film Market in Rotterdam
Tato Kotetishvili's debut full-length work "Holy Electricity" has been presented at the 2021 film market "Cinemart".
"Cinemart" is a film market at the Rotterdam International Film Festival, which will be held from 1 to 5 February this year.
"Holy Electricity" is a joint product of Georgia, the Netherlands and Poland. The Georgian side is represented by the production companies "Ogasavara Films" and "Nushi Films". The film is shot with the support of the Georgian National Film Center.
The film tells the story of two young people who are busy placing shining crosses in different parts of the city.
The picture earned one award at the Holland Film Meeting in October last year and a special mention from the jury.
Tato Kotetishvili is a Georgian cameraman, director and screenwriter. As a cameraman he worked on the films "Negative Numbers", "Before Dad Returns", "Anna's Life", "Random Dates". He has made a short film "Watermelon" with his own script.
