SOCAR Georgia Petroleum Shared Statement Regarding the Italian Trip

A few weeks ago, SOCAR Georgia Petroleum announced a draw for customers that anyone can participate in. At the end of the raffle, 11 lucky customers will be given a two-way ticket to attend the 2020 European Football Championship. The match will be held in Rome this summer. However, the company took note of the situation in Italy due to the Coronavirus and shared a public statement, which we invariably offer:

"The Coronavirus has changed the world map of tourism and the plans of millions of people. Many events have been postponed, including mass events such as sports tournaments and football matches.

According to the latest reports, the whole of Italy is in quarantine, where the opening match of this year's European Championship will be held on June 12.

On May 5, 11 lucky winners of the SOCAR lottery are about to receive two-way tickets to the match, including match tickets, a two-way flight and hotel accommodation;

However, we follow daily developments in Italy and the recommendations of the World Health Organization. Unless events will improve in June, we are ready to give away different prizes for all winners.
