Nikoloz Basilashvili will Prove his Complete Innocence and Allowing the Whole Truth to Prevail
Nikoloz Basilashvili's counsels confirm that the domestic violence allegations presented by tennis player's ex-spouse on May 23, 2020 are false and totally unsubstantiated.
"At this time, we are not in a position to publicly disclose all the investigation materials as the case includes a minor."
"Nevertheless we would like to ensure Nikoloz Basilashvili’s fans that video footage already submitted to the court evidences our client’s position and fully discharges him from the abovementioned untrue allegations".
We trust the judge will acknowledge all the submitted evidence and Nikoloz Basilashvili will be cleared from all charges.
Nikoloz has been divorced from Neli Dorokashvili since 2019. The ex-couple has a 5-year-old son, Lukas. In the interest of the minor, Nikoloz Basilashvili wishes to refrain from reporting the deliberate provocative actions committed by Neli Dorokashvili on May 22, 2020.
For the same reason of protecting his son, the tennis player will not be publicly responding to his ex-spouse’s unsubstantiated allegations.
