New Regulations Comes Into Force for Cultural and Sporting Events

According to the head of the government administration Natia Mezvrishvili, starting tomorrow cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people will be banned.

The decision was made by the Interagency Council of the Government.

"As for cultural and sports events, a decision has been made to limit the holding of cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people in the open air. In a closed space it was all already limited. That is, from tomorrow, holding cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people will be banned. Non-compliance with the regulations imposes appropriate restrictions. We call on the citizens to follow the rules as much as possible, ”said Natia Mezvrishvili.
