Georgian Company Edison Tech Solutions Donates Disinfection Cabins to Armenia
As of June 7, a total of 13,130 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Armenia, including 210 deaths and 4,014 recovered.
On June 4th, the petition was launched to help the neighboring country and to resolve the epidemiological situation in the region.
"We ask the Georgian Government, to consider helping Armenia at such a difficult time. In the assistance, we imply treating the patients of Armenia in Georgia. We believe, that this will be the right step to help the neighboring country and to resolve the epidemiological situation in the region."
The petition is one of the main motivators for Georgian technology company Edison.ge, which currently decided to donate 5 disinfection cabins to Armenia.
"We will be ready to transfer 5 cabins to our neighboring country in a maximum of one week. Disinfection cabins can also be set up in public places, for example, one of such cabins is already settled at the station of Okriba in Georgia, also in Gagua's clinic. Armenia, therefore, can set them up in hospitals, in the boxed wards to prevent the internal spread of coronavirus. As I said, we'll be ready in one week. The rest is a matter of formal procedures between the states.", noted Givi Beridze, the founder of Edison Tech Solution.
