Georgian Cheese and Culinary Festival in Gurjaani
A series of culinary festivals are being held in various regions of Georgia with the aim to popularize agriculture food products and develop cuisine business.
This time Gurjaani hosted Georgian cheese and cuisine festival with the support of Georgian Agriculture Ministry and Gurjaani City hall.
The Festival was held at Akhtala Park. The program for all age categories lasted the whole day.
More than 50 cheese varieties and cheese products were represented at the Festival, as well as Georgian wines and various local products, handworks and paintings.
Gurjaani has hosted the Georgian Cheese and culinary festival for the first time in 2019, but the event will be held traditionally every autumn.
