Georgia Lost the Status of a Green Zone

Medical Director of the Infectious Diseases Hospital, Marina Ezugbaia noted today, that the morbidity rate in the country has changed in the last two weeks and the incidence rate per 100,000 people has reached 10,2.

According to the data of the last two weeks, from August 27 to September 9th, the incidence rate per 100,000 people is already 10,2, while in Adjara Region, this number reaches 52,9.

As Marina Ezugbaia declared on the briefing on September 8th, the morbidity date was then 8, which meant that the country still remained in the green zone because the incidence rate is not more than 10.
