China Southern Airlines Canceled Two Flights to Tbilisi
China Southern Airlines has canceled several flights to Beijing-Urumqi-Tbilisi. There were only two flights scheduled for January 25 and 27.
According to the Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the cancellation of China Southern Airlines flights is related to the Chinese New Year.
"The cancellation of flights is linked to the Chinese New Year and not the spread of coronavirus. In the days of the New Year, the practice of canceling flights was similar to previous years, ”the agency said.
The agency, citing information provided by the airline, also explains that all passengers are subject to detailed inspection at the airports of departure and onboard.
It is noteworthy that China Southern Airlines operates Beijing-Urumqi-Tbilisi flight 3 times per week.
