APM Terminals Poti is Hosting a New Wave of #InPort Program.

Paid internship program #InPort STEM has just recently launched in Poti Sea Port. This year program is focused on technical and vocational educational and it currently enrolls 10 participants from different backgrounds. 

In the beginning of the program, participants were introduced to the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group values, approaches and company in general, subsequently following with 3-month practical internship at Poti Sea Port.

“As a WEP’s subscriber, APM Terminals Poti encourages women to gain positions at the so called “non-traditional”/”masculine” jobs. In this regard, we are proud to have #STEM female participants at the positions of Crane Operator, Electrician and Safety Officers.” 

Talent Acquisition and Development Program “InPort” was kick-started in 2017. 15 our of 24 Participants still continue to be in the team of our global family and contribute to the progress and development of the organization.
