Zoo to Arrange in Krtsanisi Resort Residence

The company "Villa Residence", within the framework of the project "Krtsanisi Resort Residence", in addition to the 45-meter-high, wavy pool and sandy beach, will build a recreational area on 35 hectares, where the residents of the complex will be able to see animals such as deer, llama and other species.

According to the Public Relations Specialist of Villa Residence, Keso Katsitadze mentioned, that this is the part of the project planned by the company for 2022.

"It will be a recreational area of Villa Residence, where our visitors will be able to come into contact with the animals and feed them", noted Keso Katsitadze.

Villa Residence has invested $ 200 million in the Krtsanisi Resort Residence project, which has contracted with up to 100 companies and employed up to 1,000 people. Within the framework of the residential complex project, the company has already completed works on 8 hectares of land, and arrangement works on 12 hectares are underway. 70% of the complex is a recreational area.

A total of $200 million was invested in Krtsanisi Resort Residence project, and as a result, contracts are signed with up to 100 companies and about 1000 people are employed.
