Winning Teams of Social Impact Award Revealed
The winning teams of the Social Impact Award are known.
Among the ten teams that made it to the finals of the international program, the jury named 4 winners, one selected by the community.
Village 200, UnLimited, Qandle, Honey from Lechkhumi and Social Cafe Ketostan will receive grants and attend the International Social Impact Award Summit.
Social Impact Award has been held in Georgia for the fourth year. A total of 600 young people were registered in the project, and 94 teams applied for the competition.
Village 200 - a platform that simplifies agricultural services.
UnLimited - an application where the user will be able to see on the map how adapted this or that object is for people with disabilities.
Qandle - an online space where anyone can create online courses. Training is done via Live Video.
Honey from Lechkhumi - The project promotes the development of beekeeping in Lechkhumi and offers local, natural honey, which will be produced by local youth.
Social Cafe Ketostan - a multifunctional cafe-gallery in Lanchkhuti, where people with disabilities will be employed.
The Social Impact Award was held entirely online this year. A series of workshops were held in Tbilisi, Kvemo Kartli, Racha-Lechkhumi-Kvemo Svaneti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Guria, Adjara and Imereti.
